CONFERENCE CALENDAR

dear fis colleagues,

Perhaps we might think on starting the neuro discussions --the nature of
the info problems from the perspective of nervous systems, particularly
considering the phenomenon of consciousness-- just after the EASTER
HOLIDAYS.

As far as I know, MICHAEL CONRAD would make (perhaps around the first week
of April) some short comments; OTTO ROSSLER (with a student of him) would
send a short draft on consciousness in a robotic system; and we also have
permission from GORDON SCARROTS' family in order to relay his seminal paper
on THE PURPOSE AND NATURE OF INFORMATION (interconnecting the
technological, human and social realms).

So, people willing to make some final considerations on the bio aspects
could take the rest of this week and the beginning of the next one. After
EASTER we would center in the new discussions.
