Dear FISER and All the FIS2002 participants,

I would like to invite you to contribute your papers presented
at FIS2002 and any other related papers from any FISERs for
consideration and publication in ENTROPY (ISSN 1099-4300)
at the http://www.mdpi.org/entropy/ website as a special issue.

Because it is the first online journal on this topic and the
access to all the papers is free, papers published
in ENTROPY have very high publicity. Since 1999, it has been indexed and
abstracted by several leading indexing and abstracting services,
including Chemical Abstracts and INPSEC. Please obtain your
free userID and password from entropy_request@mdpi.org for
reading all the papers in the current issue (You may use visitors as
both the userID and password temporarily for immediate access
to the published papers). Authors can donate a publication charge
because the paper's access will be completely free.

Eastern European countries may publish their papers free of charge
in ENTROPY, thanks to a generous support from a foundation.

Please send your manuscripts to me by e-mail: lin@mdpi.org.
The e-mail message title should be Papers for FIS2002 Proceedings,
and provide about 4 referees and their e-mail addresses.

Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Shu-Kun Lin
The Editor of ENTROPY (http://www.mdpi.org/entropy/)
