new session

Dear FIS colleagues,

Given that we are very close to the end of the first discussion period (31
May), and that a new batch of papers is going to enter 1st June, being the
chairman of the new session Peter �rdi, let me suggest some relax in the
ongoing discussions. After Peter's new kickoff we may continue at regular
speed our funny weaving and unweaving with the many threads of the info sci
tapestry ('Many are the Foundations of Information Science...' --Menant).

On behalf of all of us: Many thanks to Koichiro Matsuno for his elegant and
auspicious starting of the conference discussions!

����About the Entropy special issue for FIS 2002, an appropiate time
schedule has to be established (SK and me could talk with the chairs about
that). Also, given all the discussions related to the papers, a couple of
reviewers may be quite enough. Finally, please, do not use this fis list
for bilateral exchanges (Burgin), and for security reasons do not include
attached files either.
