theories

With regard to Ted's summary of theories, my view on Koichiro's
theories on time - is that they are indeed radical - and incredibly
productive and enlightening. However, I don't think that Koichiro's
triad of time (progressive, present and perfect) are moved 'outside
the framework of information" as Ted is suggesting. I think Koichiro
is the one to clear this up - but - if I understand Koichiro
correctly, it is Newtonian/Kantian time that stands, absolute abstract
and unaffected, 'outside the framework of information'. Koichiro's
time is a relativist time, and is an actual component of information.
Therefore, information is different, dependent on whether it, as
matter, is measured within progressive, present or perfect time.
