Svar: announcement of a new e-journal

Dear Wolfgang

I wonder if you want use my paper from the FIS conference. But it may not be the type you are looking for and it is long (54pp) and very different in thinking from the mainstream. Part of its arguments is under way to publication in other journals, but the whole explanation like here has not been published. The good thing is that it opens up the discussion on many fronts and it is a provokcative start showing that this is a journal that is different. I did not think it fitted in Entropy. Anyway that could be my contribution to start the journal. I have improved version somewhere.
