...its RESCUE from the deplorable situation it was left by the
unilateral arrogance of US and UK authorities, encouraged by the
unacceptable weakness of its Security Council, IS DEFINITELY
INDISPENSABLE in order to impede the world wide crisis to speed up
through the justification of warfare (genocide) for liberation.

...its RECOVERY through the General Assembly may still confirm the
validity of its purposes: 1) to maintain international peace and
security ; 2) to develop friendly relations among nations based on
respect for the principle of equal rights and self determination of
peoples; 3) to promote and encourage respect for human rights and for
fundamental freedoms for all humans without distinction as to race,
sex, language, or religion

...its REVIVAL will allow researchers, experts and scholars to
realize why the purposes of science, technology, education, trade,..
are to create, maintain and improve humanitarian circumstances that
may increase the survival chances of our species, nature and Gaia
instead of being oriented to unfair competition that culminates in
warfare.
