Dear Koichiro,

another possibility is to let first things address to us. Whithin this model
our theories for instance about a bacterium are a possible (!) response to
what we suppose (our pre-understanding) the bacterium 'is.' We get involved
in an informational interaction without being forced to fix their being the
present (perfect) tense. We become part of the game and we bring our
language into the play through this interaction. In some way we could say
(against Kant) that things have their own 'dignity' and that we should
behave to them in a 'polite' way: apres vous Madame/Monsieur!
kind regards
Rafael
