fis sender unique

the most simple to implement requirement that seems to help keeping
abreast of 50+ emails coming in per day is that the discourse
from one conference (fis) must be coded by one sender, so that
the autosorting capabilities of some email programs can be uitilized.
The name of the email sender can appear in the subject.
